Return & Refund Policy 

At Interknot Zw, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process in accordance with Google Merchant Center policies.


Return Eligibility (Return Window)

You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Software or digital/downloadable products that have been accessed, downloaded, or activated

  • Items that are opened, used, or damaged (unless faulty or defective)

  • Customized, made-to-order, or special-order products

  • Items returned after the 30-day window


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including original and return shipping costs


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  2. Provide your:

    • Order number

    • Product details

    • Reason for return

  3. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions

  4. Our return method is either at in store or at drop off location.          
  5. No Restocking fees.

NB. Returns without a valid RMA number may not be accepted


Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or we made a shipping error


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect

  • Please use a trackable shipping method and retain your shipping receipt for your records
