Shipping Policy

At Interknotzw, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, securely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery times, costs, and related information.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Our orders cut off time will be 2:00PM

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer delivery throughout Zimbabwe and to selected international destinations (upon request).

Standard Local Delivery 0–3 business days (Harare & local cities) 25 Km radius from harare CBD
Regional Delivery (within Zimbabwe) 3–7 business days
   

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Delivery location – Harare and local cities 25km radius from Harare CBD flat rate is applied / Regional Delivery (Within Zimbabwe) weight is applied.

  • Weight and dimensions of the package

  • Selected shipping method

We occasionally offer free delivery promotions, which will be clearly displayed during checkout or on our website.


4. Delivery Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable). You can use this to track your parcel through our logistics partner’s platform.


5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately:

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For damaged goods, please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package, with photos of the product and packaging.


6. International Shipping Notes

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance delays.


7. Change of Delivery Address

To request a change in delivery address, please contact us before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery location.
